No. Unfortunately this is not a viable payment option for us as we make use of external companies to deliver our products to our clients.
Yes. We deliver via leading and reputable courier companies that operate within the borders of South Africa.
Our courier partner is The Courier Guy.
We do take precautionary measures to avoid this from happening when packaging our products for delivery. However, from time to time mishaps do happen. In event of your product arriving damaged, we will replace it and arrange for the damaged product to be collected and returned to us. In order to do this we take out insurance on the product which is factored into the delivery fee.
The expected delivery lead time is 3-5 business days, depending on where you are based. Delivery to major cities occurs sooner than more rural or outlying areas. Once an order is placed, it is prepared the same day for collection by courier, but collection usually takes place one business day after an order has been placed. With custom covers it has a variable lead time. Delivery will only be scheduled once production has been completed
We have included the make, model and year of manufacturing information under the “Product Information” tab under each sized cover. Here you will find a list of caravan makes and models that our covers will fit.
With our luggage trailer covers we included under “Additional Information Tab” the dimensions of our trailer covers to help you determine if it would fit. Our luggage trailer covers comes in standard sizes for the 5 , 6 and 7 Foot trailers.
In event of ordering the wrong size you are welcome to return it to us. We will inspect the cover to ensure that it is not damaged and will either refund you in full or engage you to provide the correct size/design a custom cover for you. You will be required to pay in/be refunded the difference in price between the incorrect size cover and the correct sized cover/custom cover, whichever is applicable.
In event of not finding a standard cover for your caravan/trailer, you should contact us to engage on a quotation for a custom designed cover.

If an incorrect size cover is fitted to a vehicle it could potentially scuff/scratch if it sits too loose when impacted by wind. Any material that is used, even if it was an extremely soft cotton/felt type material, will scuff bodywork if it sits loosely and was allowed to have too much play in the wind.
To avoid such issues, our covers are designed to snugly fit your caravan/trailer so that no damage occurs to bodywork. We also incorporated a number of mechanisms into our design such as a seam with drawstring, brass eyelids etc. to ensure the cover can be securely and tightly tied to the vehicle.
Moisture may build up between the caravan and cover, especially in very humid conditions or as a result of dew or condensation. This is much more relevant to larger vehicles such as caravans with a large surface area. To deal with moisture build up we have incorporated air vents into our designs for our caravan covers to allow for airflow to quickly evaporate any moisture that may build up between caravan and cover.
Please note that airvents are included only in our standard on-road and off-road caravan covers and not in our trailer covers. If an air vent is preferred in a cover for a trailer, we are able to include such as part of a custom cover design product.
Yes. We have incorporated a number of fastening mechanisms depending on the cover type, design and size. These include a draw string/rip chord in a seam around the bottom of the cover, brass eye lids to allow for a rope to be used in tying the cover down, nose flaps with eyelids to allow for the nose part of the cover to be tied to the A frame as well as nylon ropes to aid tying down. Please do note that the inclusion of these mechanisms depend on the type of covers and not all cover may have all these mechanisms included.
What do I do if the product fails within the 3-year extended warranty period?
The expected lifespan of our covers is 3 to 5 years. In event that the product fails within a 3-year period we will work with you to determine the reason for such. In event that the material or workmanship failed, we will replace the cover for you free of charge. Thus, it is important that you keep a copy of your invoice after purchase.
Our on-road caravan and off-road caravan covers are designed to only cover the caravan body and standard fitted add-ons attached to the body (e.g. spare wheel/jerry can, side-awning, etc.) which some off-road caravans such as the Jurgens Xplorer has. The A-Frame is not covered, but we do manufacture and sell a universal A frame cover should you desire to have you’re a frame also covered.
With luggage and camp trailers, the cover is designed to cover the vehicle from tip to tail and thus covers the entire vehicle.
Yes, with our standard on-road and off-road caravan covers we put zips in the door-side panel of our cover. The zips allow you to zip open panels, tie the rolled-up panel section up, and have unobstructed access to the caravan door which makes loading/unloading the caravan whilst under cover possible.
